At Althaea Soul, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Delays and Shipping Responsibility

Once your package is dispatched, any delays in delivery are the responsibility of the courier service (Australia Post). While we provide estimated delivery times, these can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal system delays. Please note that Althaea Soul cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact Australia Post directly to resolve the issue. You can track your order using the tracking information sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We strongly recommend that you ship your order to a secure location, such as a home or workplace where packages are less likely to be lost or stolen. Once your parcel has been delivered to the confirmed delivery address, Althaea Soul cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please reach out to Australia Post directly for assistance. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it is out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track your package via Australia Post at auspost.com.au.
