Shipping & Delivery

At Althaea Soul, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping (Kindred Spirits Only)

International shipping is currently available exclusively for the Kindred Spirits card deck to select countries.

All other products are available for delivery within Australia only and are not eligible for international shipping.

If an order is placed for international delivery containing items other than the Kindred Spirits deck, we reserve the right to:

  • cancel the order, or
  • remove ineligible items and refund those items prior to dispatch

Shipping availability and eligible countries may be updated at any time without notice.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customs policies vary by country and may affect how duties and taxes are applied.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States include prepaid duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
No additional charges should be required on delivery.

In the unlikely event that you are contacted for payment by customs or the delivery carrier, please contact us prior to making any payment so we can assist.

All Other Countries

Orders shipped outside Australia (excluding the United States) are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total
  • These charges may be applied by your local customs authority upon arrival
  • Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer

If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or peak periods.

Shipping Responsibility & Delays

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier, including Australia Post, to investigate and resolve the issue.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Authority to Leave & Safe Delivery

By placing an order, you authorise the shipping carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available to receive it, unless you request otherwise.

We recommend using a secure delivery address to reduce the risk of loss or theft.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us.

We will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. While Althaea Soul is not liable for loss or theft where delivery has been confirmed to the correct address with no delivery error, we will do our best to support a resolution.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. You can track your parcel through Australia Post.
